  • Coming Soon… Pop-Up Cinema Plans Announced
    First screening at the Pop-Up Cinema WTBL and Wormley Free Church have set a date for the first film night - Friday 28th April. The inaugural showing, at the Free Church in Slipe Lane, will feature the 1980s classic Back to the Future.     Our Easter craft drop ins are the latest reason to come and visit us in the hub this April - children (accompanied by an adult) can come and create some spring masterpieces!     Free Netball Coaching for Women A course of six free netball sessions  is taking place at the netball courts in Wormley Playing Fields in Church Lane, Wormley from 10am to 11am every Monday from 13 March until 24 April (except for 3 April).     Consultant to conduct feasibility study into plans for Wormley Community Centre Applications now closed WTBL are looking for a consultant with experience in working with communities and, in particular, community buildings and spaces, who can explore the viability of WTBL's proposals for Wormley Community Centre.     Heroes Wanted - Wormley & Turnford Big Local are helping to support Broxbourne's involvement in the national Spring Clean on 4th  March.  The day is coordinated by the charity Keep Britain Tidy and involves some litter-picking to spruce up the local neighbourhood for the spring.   Last year 90 volunteer hours across the Borough were given, so we’re hoping for Continue Reading
